Fire Warden / Chief Warden training session
Training Venues:
281 Gravelly Beach road,
Gravelly Beach, Tasmania, 7276.
Course Time:
0800am to 1200pm (4 hours) or time that suits your operation.
Course Objectives:
Warden (PUAFER005)
- Focuses on standard floor or area wardens.
- Teaches how to conduct safe room sweeps and searches.
- Guides occupants along the safest exit routes to assembly areas.
- Identifies local fire equipment and basic extinguisher use.
Chief Warden Training (PUAFER006)
- Requires standard warden training as a mandatory prerequisite.
- Focuses on emergency decision-making, command, and control.
- Directs communication with emergency services and internal teams.
- Manages post-incident reporting, re-entry, and debriefs
Assessment:
Participants will be assessed via a questionnaire and practical demonstration of skills.
Qualification:
On successful completion, each participant will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.
